Terms of Service

Last Updated: July 9, 2026

These Terms of Service apply to all services provided by A-TO-Z Errands, including courier services, package delivery, document delivery, errand services, waiting services, pharmacy pickup, medical courier support, business services, and notary services. By requesting a quote, booking a service, submitting a form, approving an invoice, signing an agreement, or using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Services Provided

A-TO-Z Errands provides local courier, delivery, errand, pickup, waiting, business support, pharmacy pickup, medical courier support, and notary services in Reno, Sparks, and surrounding Nevada areas. Some services may require a custom quote depending on distance, time, urgency, item type, service demands, special handling needs, or customer instructions. A-TO-Z Errands does not transport passengers, animals, illegal items, hazardous materials not approved in advance, weapons, controlled substances, or any item prohibited by state or federal law.

Quotes, Pricing, and Payment

Prices may be based on service type, distance, wait time, travel time, urgency, subscription plan, special handling needs, and any additional services requested. Quotes are estimates unless confirmed in writing. Additional charges may apply if the service changes, extra stops are added, wait time increases, the delivery area changes, or the customer requests additional work. Payment is due according to the invoice, quote, service agreement, or subscription terms provided. A-TO-Z Errands may use Jobber or other third-party providers for quotes, scheduling, invoicing, payments, reminders, and customer communication.

Booking, Scheduling, and Cancellations

Appointments are subject to availability. Customers must provide accurate pickup, delivery, contact, access, and service information. Cancellations, rescheduling, missed appointments, unavailable recipients, wrong addresses, locked locations, or delays caused by the customer may result in cancellation fees, wait-time fees, travel fees, or other charges. A-TO-Z Errands may refuse, cancel, or reschedule any service for safety concerns, unlawful requests, incomplete information, nonpayment, weather, traffic, vehicle issues, access problems, or circumstances outside our control.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for making sure all information provided to A-TO-Z Errands is accurate and complete. This includes names, addresses, phone numbers, pickup details, delivery details, service instructions, item descriptions, and any required authorization. Customers must make sure items are legal to transport, properly packaged, safe to handle, and ready at the scheduled pickup time. For pharmacy pickup, the customer is responsible for making sure the pharmacy has released the order, payment has been arranged if needed, and A-TO-Z Errands is authorized to pick up the item.

Medical Courier Support

A-TO-Z Errands may provide medical courier support and related delivery services. Customers are responsible for giving correct handling instructions and confirming whether any item requires special legal, medical, temperature, chain-of-custody, or privacy requirements. A-TO-Z Errands does not provide medical advice, medical treatment, emergency medical transportation, or emergency response services. For emergencies, call 911.

Notary Services

Notary services are provided according to Nevada notary laws and requirements. A valid, acceptable form of identification may be required. A-TO-Z Errands may refuse notary service if identification is insufficient, the signer is not present, the signer appears unwilling or unable to understand the document, the request is unlawful, or Nevada notary requirements are not met. Notary services do not include legal advice. Customers are responsible for understanding the document they are signing and should contact an attorney if legal advice is needed.

Delivery Limits and Liability

A-TO-Z Errands will make reasonable efforts to complete services professionally and on time. However, delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, road conditions, customer delays, business closures, incorrect information, vehicle issues, or events outside our control. A-TO-Z Errands is not responsible for loss, damage, delay, failed delivery, or additional costs caused by inaccurate customer information, improper packaging, unavailable recipients, unlawful items, third-party delays, or conditions outside our reasonable control. A-TO-Z Errands' liability for any service is limited to the amount paid for that specific service, unless otherwise required by law or agreed to in writing.

Prohibited Items and Refusal of Service

A-TO-Z Errands may refuse to transport any item that appears unsafe, unlawful, improperly packaged, suspicious, restricted, hazardous, or outside the agreed service scope. Customers may not use A-TO-Z Errands for illegal activity or to transport items prohibited by local, state, or federal law.

Communications, Text Messages, and Opt-Out Rights

By contacting, booking, or using A-TO-Z Errands, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message, email, online form, Jobber message, or other reasonable communication methods related to quotes, scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, invoices, payments, and customer support. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary depending on your service request, appointment status, invoices, and customer communication needs. You may opt out of receiving text messages from A-TO-Z Errands at any time by replying STOP to a text message from us or by contacting us directly at [email protected] or 775-512-9564. After you opt out, you may still receive non-text communications related to active services, payments, legal notices, or customer support. Privacy

Use of customer information is explained in our Privacy Policy. Customers should review the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information or booking services.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada.

Dispute Resolution and Mediation Before Lawsuit

Before filing any lawsuit related to A-TO-Z Errands services, the customer and A-TO-Z Errands agree to first make a good-faith effort to resolve the dispute through informal communication. If the dispute is not resolved, both parties agree to attempt mediation in Nevada before filing a lawsuit, unless emergency legal relief is required or the law does not allow mediation to be required. If mediation does not resolve the dispute, any legal action must be filed in a court with proper jurisdiction in Nevada.

A-TO-Z Errands may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated version will be posted on our website with a new "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
